AM&T's Cargo Insurance products provide cover for a variety of customers including manufacturers, retailers, food processors etc. who move goods either around Australia or internationally. We offer a suite of annual, open cover, and single shipment policies.

Cargo Insurance within Australia
  • Available for a wide range of commodities including general (dry) cargo, livestock, motor vehicles, refrigerated, perishable or chilled goods and many others.
  • Covers movements in the insured's own and third-party vehicles.

  • Broad temperature variation/mismanagement cover for temperature controlled goods.
  • Depending on limits and sendings may be available via Sunrise.

Annual Combined Cargo Insurance 
  • Cover for both international movements (imports/exports) and transits within Australia;
  • Inland cover on same terms as standalone inland transit cover (as above)
  • Overseas cover automatically includes a variety of commonly requested additional benefits and extensions - see features and benefits statement for details
  • Depending on limits and sendings may be available via Sunrise.

  • Can accommodate multiple shipments over a period of time as part of a project.
