We recognise that it has been an incredibly challenging year for our service providers, brokers partners, and their clients within the industry who are at the coal face of cargo, transportation, shipping and all things marine.
Not only has COVID-19 created incredible pressure on the shipping industry with a dramatic increase in goods being shipped, but they’ve also encountered natural disasters and unprecedented weather phenomena.
While many of us have been working from home and unable to travel and see each other or our clients face to face, we’ve made a conscious effort to stay in touch, meet and exceed our clients’ expectations, and be responsive both at time of quoting right through to claim time.
Responsiveness is the key word I want to reinforce for AM&T as we move into 2022. We are focused on ensuring we can be even more responsive when it comes to the needs of all of our customers.
We’ve made some changes already to ensure this happens. This includes a real focus on our AM&T Online system so brokers can quote, bind or renew their marine cargo and carriers policies quickly and conveniently. We’ve also increased the support for this system with additional specialists who we’ve welcomed to the team to ensure brokers get the support they need, when they need it.
We look forward to reconnecting with you all in 2022 as we kick start an exciting new phase at AM&T.
